December 12, 2024- A distinguished delegation comprising prominent academicians and industrialists visited Aror University Sukkur today. The delegation included Mr. Abdul Shakoor Sheikh, Executive Director, State Life of Pakistan; Prof. Dr. Naimatullah Laghari, former Dean, Tando Jam Agricultural University; Agha Shamsuddin Pathan, businessman; Mr. Zaheer Shaikh, Retired Banker; Mr. Rizwan Khan, businessman; Dr. Rasool Bux, Cardiac Surgeon, Medicare Hospital Karachi; and Abdul Fatah Sheikh, former president, Sukkur Chambers of Commerce.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr Zahid Hussain Khand, Vice Chancellor Aror University Sukkur. During their visit, the esteemed guests were given a brief presentation by the Registrar of the University.
The delegation expressed deep appreciation for the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr Zahid Hussain Khand and his relentless efforts in establishing a world-class institution of higher learning in Sukkur. They commended the university’s commitment to academic excellence, research innovation, and community engagement.
The visit concluded by honouring the guests with ajrak by the Vice Chancellor.
