Ms. Rashida Naz holds a BS in Software Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Sukkur IBA University, with a specialization in Machine Learning, Cyber Security, and Big Data Analytics. She has over 9 years of teaching experience at IBA Community College Khairpur (IBACCK) and IBA Institute of Emerging Technologies Khairpur (IBAIET) as Lecturer CS, and Head of Department (HOD) of Computer Science at IBACCK from 2017-2025. She has been recognized as a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE) for two consecutive years and as a Microsoft Innovative Educator Fellow. She proudly represented Pakistan as a country lead in the first “Belt and Road Teenager Maker Camp and Teacher Workshop 2017” in Beijing, China. She stood 4th in the Provincial Level Teaching Competition 2024 organized by STEDA (private category).
