The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage, Sukkur
successfully conducted an Orientation Session on October 16, 2025, aimed at preparing Program Teams
for the development of Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) under the framework of the Program Review for
Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE).
Nominated Program Team Members from five academic programs actively participated in the session,
reflecting the university’s commitment to quality assurance and academic excellence.
The session provided a comprehensive briefing on all standards outlined in the Self-Assessment Report,
ensuring clarity and alignment with the Higher Education Commission’s (HEC) Quality Assurance
Framework.
Participants were guided through the structure, purpose, and documentation requirements of the SAR,
with emphasis on continuous improvement and institutional effectiveness.
The orientation also served as a platform for dialogue and clarification, enabling program teams to
better understand their roles in the quality assurance process.
The session equipped program teams with the necessary knowledge and tools to initiate the SAR
process effectively. It marked a significant step toward strengthening internal quality assurance
mechanisms and aligning academic practices with national standards.
The QEC reaffirmed its commitment to supporting departments throughout the review cycle and
emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts in achieving institutional goals.
