September 12, 2025 — The Human Resources Department of Aror University Sukkur successfully conducted an Orientation Session for faculty members, aimed at strengthening collaboration and enhancing awareness of institutional processes.
The session commenced with a warm welcome address by Prof. Dr Zahid Hussain Khand, Vice Chancellor of Aror University. In his insightful speech, Dr Khand emphasized that academic programs must be designed to embed market-driven skills, enabling students to graduate as work- and world-ready professionals. He also highlighted the pivotal role of faculty in shaping the educational journey and success of every degree program.
Following the Vice Chancellor’s address, Dr Nadia, Controller of Examinations, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the Examination Department. She elaborated on the department’s facilitation processes for both faculty and students, underscoring its commitment to ensuring 100% transparency in all examination-related matters.
The session concluded with a presentation by Mr Shoukat Ali Abbasi, Director HR, who introduced his team and provided an overview of the core functions of the HR Department. He outlined the wide range of facilitation services available for faculty members, reinforcing HR’s role in enabling a supportive and growth-oriented academic environment.
