Dr. Muhammad Tahir earned his PhD in Civil Engineering from Monash University, with a focus on sustainable concrete and fiber-reinforced composites. He previously worked as an Assistant Professor at NUST Balochistan, where he was among the pioneering faculty members in establishing the Civil Engineering department. His research centers on composite structures, sustainable structures strengthening, eco-friendly mortar, industrial waste utilization, and innovative construction materials, resulting in multiple high-impact international publications
