Prof. Dr Zahid Hussain Khand, Vice Chancellor, Aror University Sukkur was invited as Chief Guest at Thesis Exhibition organized by The Government Sadiq College Women University, Bahawalpur where students showcased their creative and artistic masterpieces.
Prof. Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand, Vice Chancellor, Aror University visited the exhibition along with Prof. Dr. Shazia Anjum, Vice Chancellor of GSCWU, Bahawalpur and reviewed the displayed artworks.
The students presented textile design projects adorned with vibrant colors, exploring a variety of themes including faces of life, calligraphy styles, and diverse cultural identities.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand appreciated the students’ creative talents, stating that the work of Bahawalpur’s students is highly mature, unique, and based on modern creative ideas. He remarked that their art reflects a new vision and refinement. He also invited the faculty and students of GSCWU to visit Aror University and expressed a desire to promote mutual academic collaboration.
The Thesis Exhibition was attended by Prof. Dr Zamir Ahmed Abro, Dean, Faculty of Design, Aror University, Prof. Dr. Musarrat Azhar (Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences), Dr. Saima Anjum (Registrar), and Ms. Najia Sarwar (In-charge, Department of Fashion Arts & Design), along with a large number of faculty members and students.
