Learning is the crucial aspect of organization. An organization which adapts to changing market conditions through learning and development initiatives can take a lead in the industry. In the light of the importance of learning, and the vision of Aror University under the directions and visionary leadership of the Vice Chancellor, Professor, Engr. Dr Zahid Hussain Khand, the Directorate of Human Resource organized a learning session for all the faculty members of Aror University on 4th August 2023. The topic of the workshop was ‘Importance of professional actualization in learning and teaching at Higher Education Level’ and it was delivered by Professor Dr. Edwin J. Mall. The main objective was to learn and share the importance of teaching and learning at higher education and how faculty members at Aror University can help to build a culture of teaching and learning to provide quality education and contribute towards the vision and mission of the University. At the end of session, the worthy Vice Chancellor also shared his views that by promoting continuous learning, organizations can create a dynamic, skilled, and adaptable workforce that contributes to overall organizational improvement and success.
