On 25th June, Vice Chancellor Aror University Sindh, Prof. Dr. Samreen Hussain was invited as Chief Guest in closing ceremony of Capacity Building Workshop organized by IEEE Karachi Section at University of Karachi.
Due to lack of training to conduct educational activities on digital forum, many institutions borne the aftereffects of COVID-19 which led them stumble their operations and functions at optimum speed as per need of time.
Keeping in view, IEEE Karachi Section (R10) mobilized its team and organized awareness session in form of 02 Days Workshop for Govt. Primary & Secondary Level Teachers. The aim of the workshop was to enhance the ability of teachers regarding technical knowledge to get familiar with the various tools and educational theories which are being followed by the top-ranking institutions to manage the student profiles, their assessments and to manage their work routine. Adding remarks to her closing speech, Prof. Dr. Samreen Hussain proposed to establish computer labs through e-scrap of large Higher Education Institutions to overcome the financial barrier for the provision of such facilities to the school teachers at large .
The dignitaries Prof. Dr. Bhawani Shankar Chowdhry, Member BOG HEC & Professor Emeritus MUET Jamshoro and Engr. Javed Memon In charge Regional Office, Sindh HEC graced event as Guests of Honor.
