Prof. Dr Zamir Ahmed Abro, Dean of the Faculty of Design, attended the training, where deans and future leaders from public and private universities across Sindh participated to develop skills in leadership, financial management, procurement, audits, research and commercialization, and to understand the roles of statutory bodies. The program also aimed to foster networking among deans within universities. The training was inaugurated by the youngest and senior most deans, who raised the flag. The program concluded with a graduation ceremony attended by Prof. Dr S.M. Tariq Rafi, Chairman of the Sindh Higher Education Commission (SHEC); Mr Moin Uddin Siddiqui, Secretary of SHEC; Dr Syed Saif Ur Rehman, Director General of the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Karachi; and vice-chancellors of various universities.
