October 21, 2025-The Faculty of Emerging Sciences & Technology, Aror University Sukkur, organized a seminar on “Cybersecurity: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities by Applying NIST NICE Workforce Framework.” by Mr. Muhammad Akram Mughal, Deputy Director Network Security, National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA)

The event commenced with a heart-touching recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by an opening address by Prof. Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand, the Vice Chancellor, who warmly welcomed all attendees and emphasized the importance of organizing cybersecurity sessions as a vital need of the present time.

Mr. Muhammad Akram Mughal, Deputy Director Network Security, NCCIA enlightened the audience for two hours on “Cybersecurity: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities by Applying NIST NICE Workforce Framework.” The seminar was well-received by a packed audience of faculty and staff in the university’s auditorium, highlighting the growing importance of cybersecurity in academic and professional landscapes.

The event concluded with the presentation of souvenirs to Mr. Muhammad Akram Mughal as a gesture of appreciation from the University.
