The event was marked as a resounding success, thanks to enthusiastic participation and support from the students of Fashion Design and History department. Our Guest Speaker Dr. Nabiha Arain (Lecturer – BNBWU Sukkur) delivered insightful talks on the significance of physical exercise in maintaining optimal health. Her wisdom left us feeling motivated and well-informed. The interactive discussions were the heart of the seminar. Questions and contributions made the conversations meaningful and thought-provoking. Participants learned how to incorporate exercise (by doing some exercise moves) into busy lives and how it can positively impact the physical and mental well-being. This seminar empowered to prioritize our health and make positive changes in the lives of students. The dedication to personal wellness is truly inspiring.

At the end of the seminar, a souvenir was presented to the speaker, Dr. Nabiha, by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand.
