The Directorate of HR organised New Employee Orientation-Phase-II for the employees of the Aror University.The Worthy Vice Chancellor addressed the employees and shared the progress of the University. The employees were also shared Vision, Mission and Values of the University and were also enlightened with the philosophy of Aror University to contribute towards the community through innovation, creativity, applied research and entrepreneurship by imparting quality education.
The Worthy Vice Chancellor further emphasized that qualified faculty and professional staff were essentials to produce employable graduates and their learning and development would remain prominent priority in order to enrich students with modern knowledge, skills and abilities to compete in real world. Moreover, Director HR presented the employment related policies, practices and initiatives to recruit, manage and retain quality faculty and staff. Along with this, others departments such as Finance, QEC, ORIC, and IT also presented their respective achievements, initiatives and way forward. The orientation ended with remarks from Registrar highlighting the significance of cooperation, coordination and collaboration among all units to achieve the Vision and Mission of Aror University.
