Engr. Nizakat Ali is an academic and practicing civil engineer with expertise in Geotechnical and Highway Engineering. He is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Geotechnical and Highway Engineering.

In addition to his academic career, Engr. Ali has consulted and coordinated with the Department of Public Health Engineering and Rural Development, Sindh on multiple projects. He played an instrumental role in the planning and supervision of critical water supply, sanitation, and infrastructure development projects.

He has a keen interest in advancing knowledge in the areas of soil behavior, sustainable ground improvement techniques, and the utilization of industrial by-products in geotechnical applications. His research explores mechanical and chemical stabilization, the consolidation behavior of soft clays, and the integration of machine learning in geotechnical engineering.
