The Directorate of HR organized a ” New Employee Orientation-Phase-I” for the New employees of Aror University so that employees may have a better understanding of Aror University’s culture, values, policies, and procedures related to academic and non-academic units. The Worthy Vice Chancellor welcomed new joiners and shared the vision and mission of the University along with recent developments made during a short period of time. The participants also shared the strategic directions the Management of the Aror University intends to pursue in the long run. In orientation, all the administrative units such as the Directorate of Human Resource, Directorate of Finance & Accounts, Registrar Office, Examinations, ICT Department, and Library Department presented the introduction and related policies, procedures, practices, and services for the employees at the University. In addition, all academic faculty heads including the Director ORIC & QEC also briefed about the academic programs, research, and publication progress at the Aror University. The orientation ended with thanks to the participants and organizers.
