Prof. Dr. Zamir Ahmed Abro is a Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Design at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage, Sukkur, Pakistan. He earned his Ph.D. in Textile and Garment Design from Donghua University, China. With over 18 years of academic and industrial experience, his expertise spans textile design, fashion design, smart textiles, wearable design, digital fashion, and sustainable textile innovation. His research focuses on Design and Developments of Smart Garments  and 3D printing Fashion. Prof. Abro has published extensively in internationally recognized journals and actively collaborates with leading universities and research institutions worldwide to advance innovation in textile and fashion education, research, and industry. His collaborative network includes leading institutions such as Donghua University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Wuhan Textile University, and Dalian Polytechnic University (China), along with partnerships with universities and research organizations across Pakistan.
