Construction & Development
Planning, executing, and supervising construction, renovation, and infrastructure development projects across the University campus.
Electrical Systems
Operating and maintaining all electrical systems, power distribution networks, and utility services to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Mechanical & HVAC
Maintaining mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, and climate control units to provide a comfortable campus environment.
Plumbing & Utilities
Managing civil plumbing, water supply, drainage, and all utility systems across academic and residential blocks.
Energy Management
Developing and implementing energy management and conservation initiatives to optimize consumption and improve operational efficiency.
Tendering & Quality Control
Preparing technical estimates and tender documents, and monitoring contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of engineering works.
