AUSC provides the coordinating framework for student societies and clubs, ensuring that activities remain organized, inclusive, and aligned with the university calendar.
It serves as the hub that plans, supervises, and coordinates student societies across academic disciplines.
Membership is open to regular students from all programs, subject to the relevant eligibility criteria for body or society positions.
The council builds confidence, teamwork, responsibility, and practical leadership experience through events and service.
The governance model is organized in three connected tiers, from oversight to execution to the elected student body.

The election and selection process is overseen by AUSC Coordinators and follows the university's annual notification cycle.
Annual election announced by AUSC Coordinators; candidates are nominated for the open posts.
Candidates may withdraw up to 1 day before the election.
The final candidate list is displayed on notice boards together with the voter list.
A 5-day campaign period is followed by polling on election day.
Results are announced roughly 2 days after the election, or as scheduled by the University.
Elections are held annually for President, Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer, and Public Relation Officer. The Supervisory Board may also opt for a nomination-based selection in any given year. Aror University reserves the right to cancel any nomination or position at any time.
