The Central Library of Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur is the University's primary academic information and learning resource centre, dedicated to supporting teaching, learning, research, innovation, and creative excellence. Equipped with modern technologies and user-centered services, the Library provides an inspiring environment for students, faculty, researchers, and scholars. The Library maintains a rich collection of print and digital resources, including books, e-books, scholarly journals, theses, dissertations, reference materials, newspapers, magazines, government publications, and specialized resources in art, architecture, design, archaeology, heritage, computer science, management sciences, and related disciplines. Through the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Digital Library and other electronic platforms, users have access to millions of high-quality e-books, e-journals, and research databases.
The Central Library is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including an RFID-enabled Library Management System (Koha ILS), Self Check-In/Check-Out KIOSKs, an advanced Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), a Digital Library, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, digital book scanning facilities, research support services, discussion and collaborative learning spaces, and comfortable air-conditioned reading areas. The Library also promotes academic integrity by providing plagiarism checking support and information literacy programmes to enhance research and digital competencies.

The University has a 24/7 Health Care Facility for students, staff and faculty, provided by the District Health Office, Sukkur.
In addition, the University owns a fully equipped Mobile Health Care Unit / Ambulance for emergency response.
