The Film & TV program aims to nurture a new generation of creative filmmakers, visual storytellers, and media professionals. Rooted in the region’s rich cultural heritage and storytelling traditions, the program combines creative expression with contemporary filmmaking and visual media practices, preparing students to contribute to Pakistan’s evolving film, television, and digital media industries.
Through theoretical learning and hands-on training, students develop skills in screenwriting, directing, producing, cinematography, editing, sound design, and production design. The program fosters creativity, critical thinking, and an understanding of local and international filmmaking practices.
With a focus on Sindh’s languages, cultures, communities, and social realities, students explore documentary and fiction filmmaking, television production, experimental film, and digital content creation.
