𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁, 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗦𝘂𝗸𝗸𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
The meeting was presided over by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr Zahid Hussain Khand. The Vice Chancellor welcomed honorable members and provided detailed presentations on progress and development during 40 months of transformation. He highlighted key achievements made in administration, Academics, digital transformation, development and efforts made for promotion of Art and perseverance of heritage.
The august house unanimously approved and recommended to the Senate Actual Expenditure of FY 2025-26 and budget estimates for FY 2026-27. The house also approved appointment of external auditor to conduct audit of financial statement for the Year 2024-25. The house also considered and recommended draft of the Annual Report 2025-2026. In pursuit of university vision to preserve and promote the rich literary and cultural heritage of Sindh establishment of “Fakir Qadir Bux Bedil Chair” was approved by the syndicate. The Director Finance presented report on progress of Aror University Endowment Fund and financial progress of ADP and PSDP projects. Mr. Aamir Ghouri and Mr. Sohail Akbar Shah were also nominated as member of Aror Endowment Investment Committee.
All respected members commended the efforts of the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand and his entire team for tremendous efforts in developing Aror University, Sukkur as emerging model institution in short span of three years. Mr. Sohail Akbar Shah, Nominee Sindh HEC proposed resolution to commend untiring and dedicated leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Zahid Hussain Khand and his team to turn newly established university into a leading recognized national institution. The commending resolution was endorsed by all respected members of the august house.
