A Pre-Bid meeting was held regarding the project” 1.66 MWp Solar System with 2 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model at Aror University, Sukkur”.
Eleven prospective bidders/companies attended the meeting and expressed their interest in participating in the bidding process.
During the meeting, various technical and commercial queries related to the project were raised by the prospective bidders. The queries were discussed and responses/clarifications were provided by the Solar Consultant.
The Worthy Vice Chancellor, Aror University, Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand, also attended the meeting and briefed the participants regarding the project objectives, scope, and importance of the proposed solar system for the University.
The meeting concluded with the necessary clarifications provided to the prospective bidders regarding the bidding process and project requirements.
