Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design, and Heritage Sukkur conducted its 1st Board of Faculty (BoF) meeting on the 2nd of August, 2024. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Zamir Ahmed Abro, Dean of the Faculty of Design. The following agendas were discussed in the meeting:
1. To review and discuss the revised scheme of studies/BoS for recommendations to the Academic Council.
2. To check and apply the Uniform Academic Course Codes in all existing and revised Schemes of Studies.
3. The implementation of the new Undergraduate Policy (UGP) in the program for all academic programs.
The meeting was attended by:
Prof. Dr. Waqas Mahar, Chairman of the Architecture Department, who also briefly explained the Uniform Course Code and its application, Dr. Qasim Sodhar, Incharge FoH, Dr. Sabab Ali Shah, Director of ORIC, Dr. Mujahid Mehdi, Director of QEC, contributed to the discussion. All program in-charges and BoS and BoF members also highlighted adjustments and revisions in the scheme of study. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks and appreciation for the valuable contributions from all respected members.
