Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage, Sukkur, hosted a Consultative Session on the Issues and Challenges of Academia. The session was graced by Engr. Waseem Nazir, Chairman, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), as the Chief Guest, and the distinguished guests were warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand, the Vice Chancellor, Aror University.
The consultative session provided an important platform for meaningful dialogue on the key issues and challenges facing academia, various initiatives of the Pakistan Engineering Council, and ways to strengthen the relationship between Aror University, PEC, academia, industry, and other professional stakeholders.
The discussion also focused on future collaboration, quality enhancement, professional development, the establishment of a PEC Pathway to Practice Office and Lounge at Aror University, and creating greater opportunities for young engineers.
The distinguished participants included Engr. Dr. Naveed Ramzan, Engr. Niaz Ahmed, and Engr. Muhammad Sohail Khan, along with other PEC representatives, senior engineers, young engineers, Dean, Registrar and faculty members.
