Abdul Haleem

Mr. Abdul Haleem is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, audit, internal controls, and ERP-based financial systems. Having over 15 years of diverse professional experience across public-sector universities, corporate organizations, non-profit organizations, and audit firms, Mr. Haleem has developed strong professional insights and competencies in institutional financial management, strategic financial planning, and governance. He has also been actively involved in the implementation and strengthening of ERP-based financial and operational systems. He has been associated with Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur since July 2022 and is currently serving as Director Finance since 01 October 2025, providing leadership in the University's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, audit, taxation, and financial governance.
