Dr. Rajesh Kumar

Dr. Rajesh Kumar is an Artificial Intelligence researcher and academic with over 10 years of teaching and research experience. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of New York Tirana, Albania, and as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Aror University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Palermo, Italy, completed his postdoctoral research at the University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy, and has served as a Visiting Researcher at York University, Toronto, Canada.

He is an IEEE Senior Member and an ELLIS Member of the European Laboratory for Learning and Intelligent Systems, a leading European AI research network. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI, with particular emphasis on Large Language Models, Trustworthy AI, Explainable AI, and intelligent systems for real-world applications.

He has published research articles in internationally recognized journals and conferences, including publications with Nature Portfolio, IEEE, Springer Nature, MDPI, and other leading academic publishers, and has presented his research at international conferences and academic events across more than 25 countries.

Dr. Kumar is actively engaged in AI research, teaching emerging Generative AI technologies, mentoring students, developing international research collaborations, and contributing to innovative AI-driven solutions for scientific, industrial, and societal challenges.
