Biography
Dr. Sijjad Ali completed his D.Eng./Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from Shenzhen University, China, in 2026. Following the successful completion of his doctoral studies, he has embarked on a distinguished dual-track academic career. He currently serves as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the International Islamic University Malaysia, where he is engaged in advanced collaborative research on next-generation security frameworks, while concurrently holding the position of Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Emerging Sciences and Technology at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage, located in Rohri, Sukkur, Sindh, Pakistan. In his assistant professorship capacity, he is actively involved in teaching graduate-level courses, mentoring student research projects, and contributing to the development of innovative curricula in emerging digital technologies. His primary research interests lie at the intersection of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Blockchain, with a particular focus on decentralized security architectures, cryptographic protocols, and resilient digital infrastructures designed to counter evolving cyber threats. Through this cross-border academic engagement, Dr. Ali bridges collaborative research between Southeast Asia and Pakistan, reinforcing his commitment to advancing secure, trustworthy, and sustainable computing ecosystems in the region and beyond.
