Biography
Engr. Farhana Mukhtiar is a PEC-registered Civil Engineer and academician currently serving as a Lab Engineer at Aror University Sukkur. She holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro and a Bachelor’s degree from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering and Technology, Nawabshah, supported by multiple prestigious merit and HEC scholarships. Her professional portfolio spans academic roles, public sector teaching experience under SELD, Government of Sindh, and practical engineering internships at WAPDA's Darawat Dam and International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences, Karachi (ICCBS). Engr. Farhana’s core research interests focus on sustainable civil engineering materials, geopolymer mortar, and structural engineering, with peer-reviewed publications on fly ash-based geopolymer mortar. Proficient in industry software including AutoCAD, ETABS, and GRASP, she combines strong technical and research capabilities
