Engr. Yasir Ali

Engr. Yasir Ali is currently serving as a Lab Engineer in the Department of Civil Engineering at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage, Sukkur. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, in 2022, followed by a Master’s degree in Engineering Management with a specialization in Construction Management from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi.

Prior to joining Aror University, he worked as an LGS Engineer on the Asian Development Bank-funded Sindh Secondary Education Improvement Project (SSEIP), an initiative of the Government of Sindh, where he gained practical experience in construction supervision, quality control, and Light Gauge Steel (LGS) building systems. His professional development also includes internships with the National Highway Authority (NHA), Sindh Irrigation Department, and Sukkur IBA University, providing exposure to diverse civil engineering practices and infrastructure projects.

At Aror University, he is actively involved in conducting and supervising civil engineering laboratory experiments, construction material testing, and supporting practical instruction and academic activities. His professional interests include construction management, construction materials, quality assurance, and sustainable construction practices. He is committed to bridging theoretical knowledge with practical engineering applications and enhancing students’ technical competencies through hands-on laboratory learning.
