Kashif Ali Mangi is a visual artist, educator, and one of the pioneer employees of Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur, where he has been serving as a Lecturer in the Visual Arts Program since June 2022. He has contributed to the academic and cultural development of the university through teaching, institutional service, curating student exhibitions, organizing academic and artistic events, and designing and creating four life-size sculptures for the university campus. He is currently a member of the University Senate and has also served on the Academic Council. Mangi holds a Master of Arts in Art and Design from Beaconhouse National University, Lahore, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the National College of Arts, Lahore, while also securing first position in Sindh in the Art Teacher Training Course. As a multidisciplinary artist, his practice engages with contemporary art through painting, miniature painting, sculpture, printmaking, drawing, calligraphy, performing arts, and exhibition-based practice. His works have been presented in numerous national exhibitions and art spaces, including Lahore Biennale 02, Alhamra Art Gallery, O Art Space, Art Chowk Gallery, Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, and other prominent venues across Pakistan, reflecting his continued engagement with contemporary visual culture and artistic discourse. In 2025, two of his artworks were shortlisted, exhibited, and acquired through the Ambiance Hotels & Resorts “Call for Art.”
