Robina Sultan

Robina Sultan is a Human Resource professional with over 08 years of progressive experience in human resource management, recruitment and selection, organizational administration, payroll management, and employee relations. She is currently serving as Assistant Director Human Resources at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur, where she manages end-to-end recruitment processes, HR operations, SAP HCM-based HR functions, employee records, payroll administration, and related matters .

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in public and private sector organizations, successfully coordinating recruitment campaigns, selection board meetings, scrutiny processes, performance management activities, health insurance administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Robina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology with a CGPA of 3.8, where her research focused on the Validation of  Entrepreneurial Passion Scale in the Pakistani Context in National Language.  In addition to her professional responsibilities, she has presented research at an international academic conference and has completed specialized training in HEC SAP HCM.
