Biography
Shoukat Ali Mangi is a Khairpur-based visual artist, sculptor, and academic with over two decades of experience in fine arts, sculpture, and art education. He holds an MFA in Visual Arts from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur and a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, where he secured First Position and received the Vice Chancellor’s Silver Medal.
His artistic practice focuses on sculpture, cultural heritage, public art, and monumental forms, exploring Sindh’s rich cultural narratives through material and form. He has participated in numerous national and international exhibitions, workshops, and public art projects across Pakistan.
Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage, where he combines his professional artistic practice with teaching and mentorship in Visual Arts.
