Syed Shaiq Ali Musavi

Syed Shaiq Ali Musavi is a higher education administrator and institutional development professional with more than 14 years of professional experience in university administration, institutional governance, legal and regulatory affairs, strategic planning, policy development, project coordination, and organizational management. He currently serves as Deputy Registrar at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur. He holds an MS in Management Sciences from Sukkur IBA University, an AACSB-accredited institution. His professional experience encompasses a broad range of institutional portfolios, including administration, statutory governance, legal affairs, estate and facilities management, security, contracts, transport, and strategic coordination. He has also contributed to the development of university policies and statutes, WWF Green Campus, implementation of SAP-ERP, and the University's Strategic Plan 2023–2030. Mr. Musavi has been actively involved in externally funded projects and institutional development initiatives, including an EU-funded project implemented in collaboration with UNODC and NACTA focusing on empathy, social inclusion, and the prevention of violent extremism through mobile technology. His professional and research interests include higher education management, technology adoption, student engagement, digital transformation, strategic management, educational marketing and branding, and institutional development. Through his multidisciplinary administrative experience, he remains committed to strengthening transparent, efficient, technology-enabled, and forward-looking systems in higher education.
