Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)
The graduate of Ceramic Design is expected to accomplish the following PEOs:
To develop technical proficiency in ceramic design through a comprehensive curriculum, providing students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to excel in various areas of ceramic applications, including product design, artistry, and functional design.
To foster a creative and exploratory mindset among students, enabling them to critically analyze and integrate diverse influences, trends, and technologies in ceramic design, resulting in innovative and cutting-edge expressions of art and utility.
To cultivate effective communication skills, including written, verbal, and visual modes, to articulate and present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to diverse audiences, fostering collaboration and effective engagement with peers, professionals, and the broader community.
Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) are broad statements that describe what graduates are expected to achieve within a few years of graduation. They reflect the program’s mission and align with the expectations of professional bodies, employers, and society.
