Aror University Sukkur has achieved another milestone through accomplishing the academic inspection by Charter Inspection and Evaluation Committee (CIEC), Sindh Higher Education Commission Govt. of Sindh on October 15, 2024.

The CIEC Inspection Team included Prof. Dr. S.M. Tariq Rafi (T.I), Chairperson Sindh HEC; Mr. Moinuddin Siddiqui, Secretary Sindh HEC; Prof. Dr. Amjad Siraj Memon, Vice Chancellor, JSMU, Karachi; Prof. Dr. Engr. Samreen Hussain (T.I), Vice Chancellor DUET Karachi; Prof. Dr. Tayyaba Zarif, Vice Chancellor G.C University, Hyderabad; Prof. Dr. Arabella Bhutto, Vice Chancellor SABS University, Jamshoro; Mr. Nazeer Hussain, Director General, Federal HEC, Islamabad; Mr. Ihsanullah Laghari, Additional Secretary, College Education Department; Ms. Shahlla Memon, Director, CIEC Sindh HEC; Mr. Muhammad Nadeem, Deputy Director, CIEC Sindh HEC; Engr. Darya Memon, Assistant Director (M & E) Sindh HEC along with staff of CIEC Sindh HEC; Director QEC at Salim Habib University Karachi, Dr Syed Waqar-ul-Hassan & subject experts of various academic departments including Dr. Sajjad Ali Mangi, Dr Tooba Shafaq, Dr. Shazia Abro, Mr. Muhammad Saleem, Dr Engr Shazia Feroze & Dr Amanullah Mahar. The visit aimed to review the University’s ongoing programs, budgetary allocations, investment policies, and overall progress in development.

During the meeting, the delegation received a comprehensive briefing from the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand. Key highlights included the innovative academic programs being offered, the strategic budget management, and the University’s commitment to fostering a conducive learning environment through significant investments in infrastructure and educational resources.

The honorable members of the delegation expressed their appreciation for the diligent efforts of Vice Chancellor and his dedicated team. They commended the University’s achievements in advancing educational standards, development in the infrastructure, sustainability measures and promoting research initiatives. The delegation voiced their satisfaction with the University’s trajectory and its alignment with the goals of the Sindh Higher Education Commission.
